Agile Delivery Manager (f/m/x) - Dortmund - Hybrid

Salary: 50.000 - 70.000 € per year

Requirements:

• • 3+ years in Scrum Master and/or Delivery Manager roles with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
• • Expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• • Leadership, organizational, and planning skills with a focus on continuous improvement and a people-centered approach
• • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
• • Problem-solving and time-management skills, especially in removing obstacles to drive business value
• • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
• • Fluent German and English skills
• • Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%)
• • (Beneficial) Certification in Scrum (CSM or PSM) or Agile methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

• As Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. With a foundation rooted in the Scrum Master profession and shared agile values, you bring strong leadership and organizational skills to guide teams, foster collaboration, optimize delivery processes, and drive efficient project outcomes. This unique position requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt your approaches depending on the project environment.
• •Setting up and maintaining a clear and effective collaboration environment by establishing roles, events, artefacts, and communication channels
• • Keeping stakeholders aligned on project progress, changes, and outcomes for transparency; working closely with Product Owners to define deliverables that align with business objectives
• • Guiding teams in agile practices and principles to foster continuous improvement in delivery processes
• • Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and dependencies to safeguard successful project outcomes
• • Overseeing epic prioritization, tracking progress, and measuring outcomes/delivery (KPIs) with a focus on delivering measurable business value
• • Assembling and supporting cross-functional teams to drive efficient and successful project execution
• • Promoting a culture of learning, accountability, and improvement by driving enhancements in the delivery process and embracing feedback
