Key Responsibilities

• You lead internal training sessions on modern eye‑care techniques and work with the latest optical equipment.
• You advise customers and support colleagues on all matters related to vision correction.
• You perform refractions and ensure that the team follows standardized procedures.
• You are responsible for the store’s technical equipment and provide expert input to store management.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in refraction and/or contact‑lens fitting.
• Completed training as an Optician Master (m/w/d).
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude that inspires customers.
• Team‑player mindset with a drive to achieve the organization’s goals together.

Working Conditions

• Location: Retail store in a convenient urban area (exact address disclosed during interview).
• Full‑time position with a 5‑day work week.
• 30 days of paid vacation per year.
