Your new area of influence
- Driving Sustainable Transformation : Take overall responsibility for steering business transformation and project management processes across Europe – from prepare phases to successful run phases. You ensure strategic objectives, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes are seamlessly aligned.
- Expertise in Governance and Change : Establish robust governance structures and shape the organizational frameworks that enable transparent, efficient, and successful programs. You design and evolve change and communication strategies that keep all stakeholders moving in the same direction.
- Project Leadership with Foresight : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex regional transformation projects – defining objectives, allocating resources, and proactively managing risks. You keep timelines, budgets, and quality standards firmly in view.
- Collaborative Teamwork and European Integration : Promote cross-functional collaboration among high-performing teams, harmonize project management standards, KPIs, and reporting processes, and strengthen connections between Wilo’s European entities.
- Championing Innovation and Digital Progress : Enable, Embed & Embrace the next-generation technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, AI, IoT, and Blockchain, while actively engaging stakeholders from business, IT, consulting, and management to drive a sustainable digital transformation.
The cornerstones of your success
- Visionary Leadership : Hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT – ideally complemented by an MBA. Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation or PMO initiatives within international organizations sets you apart.
- Transformation Expertise at the Highest Level: Demonstrate a proven track record managing ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementations and digital transformation programs. Proficiency in project and program management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate) is essential.
- Financial Acumen and Communication Excellence : Bring strong financial skills to budget, track KPIs, and manage performance with confidence. Your outstanding leadership and communication abilities resonate across all organizational levels.
- Strategic, Hands-on, and Adaptive : Combine strategic vision with practical execution skills and solid change management experience. Even in complex transformation projects, you maintain oversight and flexibly adjust your approach to new challenges.
- Internationally Connected and Flexible: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or another European language is an asset. Willingness to travel across Europe completes your profile.
