We're looking for you as: AI-PoweredProduct & Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Heilbronn |remote | Full-time This is where you work with precision: Developand execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing tempmateofferings in close collaboration with the Product team. Define andcontinuously refine product positioning, messaging, USPs, and buyerpersonas based on market and competitive insights. Createhigh-impact sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers,objection handling, demo scripts) using AI tools for speed andquality. Own and continuously optimize the tempmate websiteend-to-end with the external agency (CMS workflows, UX, SEO, andconversion performance). Build and scale digital content andcampaigns across channels (landing pages, white papers, casestudies, Linked In, email), including an editorial calendar andlocalization. These skills will make you a great addition to ourteam: Several years of experience in B2 B product/content, ideallyin Saa S/Io T/tech hardware or supply chain/cold chain. Hands-on,daily mastery of AI tools to produce high-quality marketing outputefficiently (core requirement). Website ownership experience: ableto build/manage and optimize sites with no-code/low-code + AI,incl. Word Press (or similar CMS). Go-to-market experience: provenability to develop and execute GTM strategies and support productlaunches. Strong communication + autonomous execution: excellentEnglish, strong project management/self-organization in a lean,fast-moving team.
