The Role

Are you organised, hands-on, and do you love keeping things running smoothly? As our Operations Coordinator , you’ll take responsibility for our aparthotel in Dortmund , ensuring our guests feel right at home. If you enjoy working independently, keeping the big picture in mind, and taking initiative rather than waiting for instructions, this could be your next move.

This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week , flexibly scheduled across 3 working days, with shifts that may fall on any day of the week, depending on business needs. Standard working hours are 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, although shift patterns may vary. The role is primarily hands-on and on-site, combined with administrative responsibilities that you will manage independently.

Annual Gross Salary: 17,000€

In this role, you will:

• Provide our guests with a world-class experience, ensuring they always choose Bob over a traditional hotel.

• Act as the main point of contact on the ground in Dortmund, independently managing the daily operations of our property.

• Tackle challenges big and small, whether it’s Wi-Fi, tech issues, or cleaning.

• Perform cleaning cross-checks to ensure our extremely high standards and manage our service providers.

• Regularly inspect the buildings and proactively identify maintenance needs to ensure high-quality upkeep.

• Take the lead on safety standards and documentation.

• Contribute ideas on how we can make our processes even smarter.

• Currently living in/near Dortmund or willing to relocate.
