Project Manager (all genders)
- Lead and deliver end-to-end B2B implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget .
- Define clear project scopes, detailed roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies across the full project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, consortia, and public institutions during project execution .
- Work with strategic partners, Consulting Firms, and System Integrators in cooperation with our partner management to drive project success .
- Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to translate customer requirements into actionable specifications and align market needs with product development .
- Stay informed on emerging developments in digital identity, SSI, and relevant EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., eIDAS 2.0, EU Business Wallet)
- Strong grounding in modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
- Proven experience managing complex, technical B2B software integrations and enterprise client relationships .
- Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS, API integration, digital identity, Web3, or related cloud technologies .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with relevant digital frameworks and standards (e.g., eIDAS, European Digital Identity) is a strong plus .
- Team player with a high level of self-motivation, structure, and operational excellence .
- Can-do attitude in an agile, international, and fast-paced team environment .
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach to work .
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision .
Language:
- Fluent in German and/or English; any other EU language is a plus .
Location:
- Remote, based in Germany, is a strong plus .
