What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)

• Be the Guide: Connect with German-speaking consumers via inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats to assist with product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions.
• Problem Solve: Help users with fun scenarios like printer setup, installation, finding the perfect camera, or troubleshooting error codes.
• Go Multilingual (With a Twist): Focus on your native German language, while occasionally utilizing clever translation tools to assist customers across written channels.
• Get Hands-On: Learn the ins and outs of both Customer Care and Technical Support, keeping your daily workflow fresh and interesting.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in German, plus a good working command of English (B2) for your training and systems.
• Tech Savvy: Good general PC knowledge, familiarity with Windows or Mac OS, and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Mindset: An open, customer-oriented personality with solid problem-solving vibes.
