Role Summary

As a Field Application Engineer at Pylontech, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and maintenance of our cutting-edge BESS and inverter technologies. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless integration of our solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the global transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Technical Support: Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Pylontech's BESS and inverter systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of energy storage technologies.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary on-site liaison, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Service Solutions: Conduct site acceptance tests, perform repairs and upgrades, and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect and report customer feedback to inform product enhancements and service strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the PV inverter and energy storage system industry, with a strong understanding of BESS technologies.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with inverter systems and BESS, including troubleshooting and system integration.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
• Travel & Licensing: Willingness to travel frequently; possession of a valid driving license.
