Your Responsibilities

• Conduct internal training sessions on optical topics using state-of-the-art technology.
• Advise customers and support colleagues on optical matters.
• Perform refractions and ensure that they are conducted according to standards within the team.
• Manage all technical equipment and contribute your expertise to store management.

Your Requirements

• Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as an Optical Master (m/f/d).
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to inspire customers about our products.
• A team player who collaborates to achieve company goals.

Working Conditions

• Location: Various stores.
• Full-time position with a 5-day work week.
