German Customer Support Representative – International Opportunity in Lisbon
A global leader in customer experience services is currently hiring German-speaking Customer Support Representatives for its international operations in Lisbon.
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a multicultural team, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.
Your Role
• Provide support to German-speaking customers
• Handle inquiries through multiple communication channels
• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively
• Deliver outstanding service and maintain satisfaction levels
• Document cases and update internal systems
• Work collaboratively with internal teams
Requirements
• C1 level German language skills
• B2 English
• EU citizenship or legal work authorization in Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon as soon as possible
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Experience is considered a plus but not mandatory .
