Surgical Account Manager (m/f/d) Abiomed - Germany West
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Surgical Account Manager for its Abiomed cardiovascular division in Germany West. The role focuses on expanding surgical business, driving product adoption, and establishing heart recovery as a standard of care through strategic account development and clinical collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and drive adoption of Abiomed surgical product portfolio
- Develop new accounts and build relationships with key opinion leaders across cardiac specialties
- Educate healthcare providers on product indications, contraindications, and technical applications
- Organize and facilitate surgical round tables and heart team collaborative meetings
- Support and represent company at regional and EMEA surgical conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedicine or equivalent field
- 5+ years cardiac surgery and/or surgical medical device sales experience in heart failure and mechanical circulatory support
- Strategic selling and solutions selling capabilities
- Knowledge of cardiac surgery, perfusion medicine, and structural heart anatomy
- Direct patient support experience in clinical settings
- Fluent in English and German languages
- Willingness to travel 80% within assigned territory
Compensation: €66,500–€107,065 base, plus annual performance-based bonus and sales commissions
