As a Product Owner at Swisslog, you will be pivotal in steering our cutting-edge product, RowPaQ, to new heights. our responsibilities include coordinating multiple internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication among sales, engineering, and development. You will be accountable for the master design and architecture, guaranteeing a sustainable solution through strategic planning and lifecycle management. Furthermore you will:

• Support Product Manager with technical specifications for outbound activities; product launch and promotion, sales and marketing content, and technical sales support
• Drive standardization of products and components in collaboration with other Product Owners and Engineering & Development teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Development and Product Manager to co-create the technical solution that fulfills the new feature requirements in product development projects.
• Identify and oversee of strategic partnerships and networks from a technical perspective, along with the management of relationships with suppliers of external systems such as pallet racking and packaging equipment.
• Drive action throughout the internal organization to get the products to market (operational readiness from a technical perspective and ensuring that necessary trials are performed)
• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product technical specification.

What you need to succeed

As a Product Owner for RowPaQ, you'll contribute to sustainable automation solutions, aligning with our mission to revolutionize warehouse logistics. Ideal candidates will bring:

• 3-5 years of senior engineering experience, preferably in intralogistics.
• A degree in engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent with a focus on product development, production or equivalent.
• Comprehensive expertise in mechanics, electronics, and mechatronics, along with a strong technical comprehension.
• Experience in robotics and knowledge of robotics programming.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and an ability to deal with different levels of stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to our Swisslog offices and customer sites.
• Strong proficiency in English.
