What We Are Looking for:

Languages

• C1/C2-level German proficiency.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Professional Experience

• Proven experience in sales or marketing (good to have)..

What We Offer

• Full-Time Role : 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
• Hybrid Work : Flexibility to work remotely and on-site in Barcelona.
• Attractive Compensation :
  • Base salary: 23,876 - 30,000 gross/year (based on experience).
  • Performance bonus: Up to 3,408 gross/year .
• Relocation Support :
  • Paid flight ticket and one month of accommodation .
  • Assistance with private health insurance and relocation logistics.
• Training : 2-4 weeks of comprehensive onboarding focused on product knowledge and sales strategies.
