As a Product & Solutions Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in driving the marketing efforts for our innovative portfolio of automated solutions, focusing on sales enablement assets. In this role, you will help translate product and solution capabilities into compelling sales materials such as product videos, presentations, visuals, and core marketing assets that support Sales teams globally.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative marketing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, sales enablement and product storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales enablement materials including presentations, pitch decks, factsheets, videos and core product collateral
• Create compelling product, solution and software marketing content that clearly communicates customer value and business benefits
• Maintain and update sales assets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance
• Coordinate asset creation with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Support product, solution and software launches by delivering ready-to-use sales and marketing assets
• Ensure content is aligned with product positioning and customer use cases
• Organize and structure sales assets to maximize accessibility and effectiveness for global sales teams

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Professional experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing or a related field
• Strong interest in visual storytelling and marketing assets
• Ability to turn complex or technical topics into clear, sales‑ready content
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to drive initiatives independently
• Fluent English language skills.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B marketing within automation, intralogistics, robotics, warehouse automation or industrial technology industries
• Experience with visual content creation, video production or design tools
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies that can improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement
• Fluent German language skills
