Are you communicative, curious, and eager to gain your first insights into Sales Development? Join our team and support us as a Working Student (m/f/d) in the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR)! Together, we identify and qualify new customer contacts — and you’ll have the opportunity to actively shape our sales processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Qualification: You support the handling of incoming inquiries, analyze customer needs, and schedule initial calls with potential clients

• Support in Outbound Processes: You research target accounts and key decision-makers and assist in targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone

• Structuring & Maintaining Sales Information: You prepare information (e.g., FAQs, product materials) in a structured way and maintain content in our internal systems

• Support for Webinars & Events: You help organize, communicate, and follow up on digital events and webinars

• CRM & Documentation Management: You assist in maintaining our CRM database (e.g., Salesforce), create reports, and support the handover of leads to the sales team

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable field

• You enjoy communication, understand customer needs, and present yourself professionally

• A structured, detail-oriented working style with a high level of reliability

• Interest in sales topics; initial experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing is a plus

• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

• Confident use of MS Office; ideally first experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
