Job Description

As Marketing Manager at SQLI Germany, you will plan and run demand generation campaigns that build pipeline for the German sales team. Your audience is mid-sized and large enterprises in Germany. 

The role is measured on results. Success means generating qualified leads that become sales opportunities, and being able to show the numbers behind them. 

Key responsibilities 

• Plan, launch and scale B2B campaigns across email and paid media (LinkedIn) to generate leads and win new clients in Germany. 

• Work with Sales to select high-value target accounts and build account-based marketing (ABM) activities. Use campaigns, personalised outreach and executive events to reach decision-makers in those companies. 

• Run SQLI's events in Germany from start to finish, including executive roundtables, dinners for prospects and clients, and webinars. For in-person events, you will find venues, handle logistics, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate on the day. 

• Track campaign and event ROI, cost per lead, conversion rates and how events feed the pipeline. Use these numbers to recommend where the budget goes. 

• Set up shared MQL and SQL tracking with Sales, and send regular written updates on revenue contribution and anything blocking progress. 

You will also 

• Lead joint lead-generation events and co-branded campaigns with our strategic technology partners, such as shared webinars or roundtables. You will plan them, agree the budget split and host them. 

• Work closely with Sales, the German leadership team and Global Marketing Operations to agree regional priorities, set investment plans and improve pipeline performance. 

• Build and improve the content that turns visitors into leads, such as landing pages, event registration pages and paid social assets, in German and English. 

Qualifications

What we are looking for 

• Business Level German and strong professional English. Most of your audience, partners and colleagues in Germany will expect to communicate in German. 

• At least 3-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally in a digital agency, consultancy or technology company selling to enterprise clients. 

• A track record of running demand generation/ABM programmes that you can tie to pipeline and revenue. 

• Hands-on experience organising events in Germany, from webinars to small executive dinners. 

• Comfort with marketing automation and CRM tools (for example Microsoft Dynamics) and with reporting on funnel metrics.
