CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead

Salary: €95,000 – €130,000 gross per year, plus bonus · Dortmund, Germany, or remote within the EU · full-time, permanent One 10ML perfume decant should lead to the next. You make that happen at scale: you own email, SMS, WhatsApp and on-site messaging for 10ML perfume decants and samples, across every market and language. What you will do Own the lifecycle strategy: welcome journeys, browse and cart recovery, post-purchase, replenishment, loyalty and win-back Build segmentation and personalisation on purchase history, scent preferences and behaviour Run A/B tests on subject lines, offers, timing and content, and grow revenue per recipient Localise campaigns for German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and other EU audiences with the content team Own deliverability, list health and CRM data quality with engineering and data Report on retention, repeat purchase rate and CRM-attributed revenue What you bring 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing for a D2C e-commerce brand with a large, multi-country customer base Hands-on with a modern ESP or CDP (Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Resend or similar) and with HTML email Strong analytical habits: cohorts, holdout tests, attribution Excellent written English; another EU language is a plus Bonus: beauty, fragrance or consumer retail experience About 10ML 10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Total annual revenue across all sales channels in 2026 is close to €21 million. 10ML's ARR is more than €10 million.
