ServiceNow Platform Architect (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

For a key project for our customers in the fibre optics business, we are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect (m/f/d).

Your tasks include:
+Platform Strategy & Architecture:
Owns the ServiceNow platform roadmap and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security in the OSS landscape.
Defines and enforces architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
Evaluates new ServiceNow features and leads customizations, extensions, integrations, and CI/CD pipeline design in collaboration with Dev and Ops teams.

+Governance & Platform Ownership:
Establishes and maintains platform governance, ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Manages ServiceNow licensing, cost control, and optimization in collaboration with licence management.

+Release, Environment & Operations Management:
Manages release and upgrade strategies and oversees all platform environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
Ensures stable platform operations through monitoring, troubleshooting, and system health management.
Oversees instance configurations, patches, clones, and data refreshes.

+Integrations, Automation & Quality:
Designs and maintains integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub) and platform automations.
Guides test automation (ATF) and ensures technical quality of all solutions.

+User Management & Continuous Improvement:
Defines role and access models and manages users and permissions.
Monitors KPIs, SLAs, and user satisfaction, driving continuous platform improvement.

Anforderungen:

+ extensive and in-depth ServiceNow architecture experience with strong knowledge of modules, data models, security, CI/CD, and integrations.
+
Hands-on ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF)
+
Experience in Telco / OSS environments; knowledge of OMT, TNI, FSM, or similar scalable systems is a strong advantage.

+ Fluent German (= nice) and English (= must)
