Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working with computers, ticketing systems, and multiple software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, call centers, or the consumer electronics industry is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
