Your Responsibilities

Support and engage with customers in German via phone, email, and chat

Promote and sell products or services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions

Provide excellent service and resolve inquiries efficiently

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project targets

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction

Requirements

German proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Previous sales experience (required) preferably in phone-based, B2C, or B2B environments

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve results

Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
